Two ways to work with us.

Both tiers run the same analysis on your catalog. The difference is who does the registration work afterwards. Self-Admin hands you the playbook, the spreadsheets, and the bulk-upload files for a one-time license fee, and you take it from there. Full Admin means we do the registrations for you on commission, starting with a 45-minute intake call to see whether it’s the right fit for both of us.

What's included

Full catalog analysis. Streaming + radio + sync + mechanical earnings modeled against industry-published rates, per song and per year.
Registration playbook. Step-by-step paths to every collection society that owes you money — The MLC, your PRO (ASCAP / BMI / SESAC / GMR), and the international equivalents.
Bulk-upload files. Pre-formatted CSVs sized to each society's intake tool so you're not retyping song titles.
Conflict detection. We flag songs where a prior administrator or a co-writer has already claimed a share, so you don't trigger a dispute by re-registering.
Lifetime access — until Doomsday. On January 1, 2027 Self-Admin transitions to a subscription model. License purchased before that date stays one-time.
0% commission, ever. Whatever you recover, you keep. We don't take a cut of the royalty stream.

We handle the registrations ourselves and file the disputes when a prior administrator claimed something they shouldn’t have. You keep making records. The paperwork that turns them into checks is on us.

What's included

Everything in Self-Admin — we run it for you instead of you running it.
Full registration ops. The MLC, your PRO, mechanical licensing, foreign society sub-publishing — we file every form and chase every confirmation.
Conflict and back-pay disputes. If a prior administrator claimed shares they shouldn't have, we file the dispute. If the MLC owes you historical back-pay, we file for it.
Statement parsing + monthly reporting. Plain-English breakdown of who paid you, for which song, from which territory.
One-year minimum, then month-to-month. Statement cycles from the PROs and the MLC don't finish in a quarter. No multi-year tail after termination.
Custom commission. The intake call covers fit, scope, and rate. We don't take everyone — the commission only works if both sides come out ahead.
